The service is professional and accommodating, even though extra side tables by the pool might hinder views. The location strikes a perfect balance, away from the chaos of Waikiki but close to attractions. Dining was a letdown in terms of service speed and price. Overall, a great stay with a few drawbacks.

The turn down service provided fresh towels, a full ice bucket, and chocolates daily, creating a luxurious experience. The dining experience was delicious but a bit pricey, especially during special occasions like New Year.
